FAQs
What are your diffusers made with?
Our Reed Diffusers are non-toxic, VOC compliant and free of DPG. They are also vegan, paraben-free, phthalates-free, and cruelty-free. For scent, we only use clean scents that have gone through a rigorous testing process to ensure the exclusion of cancer-causing ingredients and that are 100% phthalate-free!
What makes your diffusers different?
I make all the Reed Diffusers (and all other products we offer) in my home studio in San Diego, California. Every step of the process is done by hand - from cleaning bottles to blending scents to packaging and labeling them! They also made in small batches, which ensures consistency from one Reed Diffuser to the next and that each and every Reed Diffuser is at the upmost level of quality! Every order I receive makes me jump for joy and cry happy tears to know that something I made by hand is in your home and bringing you joy!
How do I use diffusers?
Place your Reed Diffuser on a flat surface in a safe place to ensure it won't get tipped over. Place the reeds in the bottle. Allow 24-36 hours for the oil to absorb into the reeds.
What do I do if I can't smell anything anymore?
Simple! To refresh fragrance, flip the reeds so the opposite ends are in the bottle. We recommend to flip the reeds every 1-2 weeks. If your reeds become overly saturated, you can find replacement reeds here.
Where can I use it?
Our Reed Diffusers can be used anywhere, tho they perform best in spaces with 4 walls like bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. They're also great in high traffic areas where your movement will help push the scent around the room! To help scent movement, it's best to place them in the center of the room versus in a location against a wall.
